I offer Craniosacral Therapy and Trauma Imprint Repair for adults, babies and children from my studio in Tofino, BC alongside trainings and embodied learning experiences for those wanting to understand this work more deeply.
I don't begin a session by deciding what needs to be fixed. I begin by noticing what's already happening.
Sometimes that means working very specifically with anatomy. Sometimes it means waiting and listening. Sometimes something entirely unexpected emerges.
No two sessions are quite the same because no two bodies are.

It holds the children of the world in her arms and wants nothing more than for every single being to know they are love.
It offers connection on the level of the soul.

At the core of everything I offer is relationship; with the body, with each other & with the parts of ourselves that aren't always easy to name.
How that relationship takes shape is different every time.

I don't assume that more intervention means better work. Before deciding what to do, I listen for what the body is already doing and let that information guide my hands.

Our bodies don't exist in isolation. The relationship between us is part of the work: being met without judgement, without urgency and without needing to perform your healing.

Sometimes I work biomechanically with specific anatomy and restriction. Sometimes I follow subtle movement and change beneath my hands. Sometimes story or an earlier experience enters the session.
The body helps determine where we go.

Not everything that happens in this work can be explained through anatomy alone.
There is another layer that is harder to name but no less real to me. The sacred can find its way through tenderness, tears, laughter, connection and stillness.

HEALING SESSIONS
Craniosacral Therapy & Trauma Imprint Repair for adults, babies & children.
Every session begins with the body in front of me.
Through Craniosacral Therapy, I work with the structures, rhythms and subtle movements of the body, listening for where support or intervention may be useful.
When appropriate, Trauma Imprint Repair allows us to work more directly with past experiences or patterns that may still be asking for attention.
Sometimes a session is deeply physical. Sometimes story enters. Often it's somewhere in between.
This work follows you.
Sessions are available for adults, babies and children from my studio in Tofino. Select forms of support are also available remotely.
TRAININGS & WORKSHOPS
Deep work, held lightly.
I teach Craniosacral Therapy, early trauma and somatic work through intimate in-person trainings and accessible online classes.
Many programs are offered alongside Kari Toft through Healing Hands Training, bringing together anatomy, hands-on practice, trauma understanding, embodied learning and the subtle art of listening.
We take the work seriously. We don't believe the learning environment needs to be heavy.
Expect thoughtful teaching, practical skills, plenty of questions, community, laughter and space to actually experience what you're learning.
3 DAY TRAINING
HEALING EARLY TRAUMA IMPRINTS FOR BABIES & SMALL CHILDREN
Babies and small children are communicating long before they have words.
Over three days together, we'll learn to listen with our hearts and our hands, exploring how early experiences shape the developing nervous system and how we can meet what a baby or child is showing us with greater attunement, understanding and care. Rooted in Craniosacral Therapy, pre- and perinatal psychology and somatic practice.
Open to practitioners, parents and those called to this work.
